By accessing or using the Rive platform and services (“Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you agree on that organization’s behalf.
Rive AI Inc. provides an AI-powered platform for automating request-for-quotation (RFQ) response workflows for manufacturing suppliers. The Services may include reading emails and attachments from your connected email account, processing documents using artificial intelligence, and sending emails on your behalf. We may update or modify the Services at any time with reasonable notice.
The Services may require you to connect third-party accounts, such as your Google account, to enable email ingestion and communication features. By connecting a third-party account, you authorize Rive AI to access and use data from that account as described in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke this access at any time through the third-party provider’s account settings or by contacting us.
The Services use artificial intelligence to process your documents, emails, and attachments for data extraction and analysis. AI-generated outputs may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it for business decisions.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful business purposes. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the Services, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or violate any applicable laws or regulations. You may not use the Services to send unsolicited or bulk emails through connected email accounts.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. We process it solely to provide the Services and implement reasonable security measures to protect it.
The Services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rive AI’s total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate access to the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
